Do I need to buy tickets in advance?

It’s not strictly necessary, but we recommend purchasing tickets in advance through the official website to avoid queues at the Cap Cana access gate, especially during peak season.

Is transportation included in the ticket price?

It depends on the ticket type!

For regular tickets (non-residents): Yes, round-trip shuttle service is included from selected hotels in areas such as Cap Cana, Bávaro, Punta Cana and nearby zones (no extra charge in those main areas). For farther areas such as Bayahibe (+$10 USD/person), La Romana (+$15 USD), Miches (+$20 USD), etc., a supplement applies.

Not applicable for Dominican resident tickets.
