Tickets and Packages Policy

Tickets and packages for El Dorado Water Park are non-transferable and non-refundable. However, although tickets or packages cannot be canceled or refunded, it is possible to change the date if notified 24 hours in advance of unused tickets, within one (1) year from the purchase date of the ticket or package, by contacting the Customer Service Center at reservas@eldoradowaterpark.com.

Force Majeure and Weather Policy

THE PARK will not be liable in the event of an inability to provide service due to prolonged interruptions of electricity supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, riots, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or fortuitous events.

We do not offer refunds for inclement weather. However, if the park closes for 3 hours or more due to weather conditions, visitors already at the park with a daily ticket for that day who leave the premises due to weather conditions may receive a free ticket at the main entrance to return another day. To be entitled to the free ticket, you must present the daily ticket purchase receipt (voucher) at the entrance gate on the same day.

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards. A photo ID matching the name on the card is required. We also accept U.S. dollars, euros, and Dominican pesos. A daily commission will be applied for currency exchange.

Tickets can be purchased at the park entrance. However, it is recommended to purchase them on the official website for a smoother experience.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

All materials included or transferred, including, but not limited to, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all related Intellectual Property Rights, are the exclusive property of THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY.

All notifications and communications between users and CENTURIUM BAY COMPANY, S.A.S. will be considered effective, for all purposes, when made via postal mail, email, or telephone communication. Users must contact CENTURIUM BAY COMPANY, S.A.S. through:

Liability and Dispute Resolution

Without prejudice to applicable law, in no event shall THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to the use or inability to use the service.

Without prejudice to applicable law, THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY assumes no responsibility for (1) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content; (2) personal injury or property damage of any kind resulting from your access or use of our service; and (3) any unauthorized access or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

All claims and disputes arising in connection with the service relationship between the parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dominican Republic, a condition that you accept and commit to cooperating in any attempts at extrajudicial agreements.

Force Majeure and Weather Policy

THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY shall not be liable in case of inability to provide service due to prolonged interruptions in electrical supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or fortuitous events.

We do not offer refunds for inclement weather. However, if the park closes for 3 hours or more due to weather conditions, visitors who are already in the park with a daily ticket receipt for that day and leave the premises due to weather conditions may receive a free ticket at the main entrance to return another day. To be eligible for a free ticket, you must present the receipt of the daily ticket purchase at the entrance on the same day.

Nullity

If any of the provisions stated in these terms and conditions are declared, in whole or in part, null or ineffective, such effect shall only affect the specific provision that is null or ineffective; the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in full force, with the affected provisions being considered as not set forth.
