Users declare to have full capacity to understand and by virtue of it accept the full binding to these terms and conditions, having full knowledge of all the details set out in them about this website and the services offered on it.
b) Obligations of users
All users who make use of the website declare their understanding of these terms and conditions, as well as undertake to comply with the stipulations contained therein, including the commitment to use the website and the services offered therein diligently, in accordance with the law, morality, good customs and good faith.

e) Reimbursement
The RESPONSIBLE does not accept returns. Single day tickets and season passes are valid for the entire season and can be used on any normal operating day.
f) Access
Access to the park is prohibited to minors unaccompanied by an adult. According to the twelfth recital: That article 488 of the Civil Code of the Dominican Republic establishes the following: “The age of majority is fixed at eighteen years of age and by it the capacity is acquired for all those of civil life”.
g) Forms and method of payment
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa credit cards. A photo ID that matches the name on the card is required. We also accept US Dollars, Euros and Dominican Republic Pesos. A daily currency exchange fee will be applied.
Tickets may be purchased at the park entrance. However, it is recommended to purchase from the official website to facilitate a smoother experience.
All materials included or transferred, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY.

Without prejudice to applicable law, THE LIABLE assumes no liability for (1) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content; (2) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (3) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored thereon.
All claims and disputes that may arise in connection with the service relationship between the parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Dominican Republic, a condition that you accept and agree to collaborate in possible attempts at extrajudicial settlements.
THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY shall not be liable in case of impossibility to provide service if this is due to prolonged interruptions of electricity supply, telecommunication lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or fortuitous event.
We do not offer refunds for inclement weather. However, if the park closes for 3 or more hours due to weather conditions, visitors who are already in the park with a daily admission ticket for that day and leave the grounds due to weather conditions may receive free admission at the main gate to return another day. To be eligible for free admission, proof of purchase of the daily admission ticket (receipt) must be presented at the entrance gate on the same day.
If any or some of the stipulations set forth in these terms and conditions are declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, such effect shall only affect the specific provision that is null or ineffective; the rest of the terms and conditions shall remain in their entirety, and the affected provisions shall be deemed not to have been exclusively applied.
