Tickets and packages to El Dorado Water Park are non-transferable and non-refundable. However, although tickets or packages cannot be canceled or refunded, it is possible to change the date of unused tickets, within a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase of the ticket or package by contacting the Customer Service Center: ventas@eldoradowaterpark.com
Force majeure and weather policy
THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY shall not be liable in case of impossibility to provide service if this is due to prolonged interruptions of electricity supply, telecommunication lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all cases of force majeure or fortuitous event.
We do not offer refunds for inclement weather. However, if the park closes for 3 or more hours due to weather conditions, visitors who are already in the park with a daily admission ticket for that day and leave the grounds due to weather conditions may receive free admission at the main gate to return another day. To be eligible for free admission, proof of purchase of the daily admission ticket (receipt) must be presented at the entrance gate on the same day.
