Is there a refund policy?

Tickets and packages to El Dorado are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, it is possible to change the date of an unused ticket within a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

Is there a parking fee?

Parking is free for all guests. We do offer VIP parking for an additional fee.

What is your weather/rain policy?

We do not offer refunds for inclement weather. However, if the park closes for 3 hours or longer due to weather, guests already in the park with a daily admission receipt for the day who leave due to weather can receive a complimentary ticket at the front gate to come back another day. Proof of daily admission purchase (receipt) must be presented at the front gate on the same day to be eligible for a complimentary ticket.

What payment methods do we accepts?

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa credit cards. A photo ID is required that matches the name on the card. Onsite we also accept US Dollars, Euros, and DR Pesos. Daily currency conversion fee will be applied.

Where can I buy tickets?

For the most seamless experience, we recommend buying tickets from our official webstore. Tickets can be purchased at the park entrance. We also work with local hotels and ticket offices in the Domician Republic to purchase tickets.
