Do you provide First Aid?

We have a medical clinic onsite. Guests may see a nurse or doctor onsite.
Insurance is accepted for care.

Do you have lockers?

Enjoy unlimited quick access and never worry about your belongings when you’re having fun at El Dorado with the all-new self-pay, keyless, electronic lockers available at a one-stop rental center kiosk. No deposit is required.

May I bring my own floats?

No, outside floating devices are not permitted as they might create a visual hazard for our lifeguards. However, infant floats with seating attached are permitted. Only US coast guard approved life jackets are allowed in the park. We do provide inner tubes free of charge on a first-come, first-serve basis as well as infant through adult life jackets.

Do you provide life jackets?

Life jackets are provided free of charge on a first come, first serve basis. Guests are welcome to bring their own life jackets as long as they are stamped with US Coast Guard Approval.

Can I bring in outside food?

El Dorado provides a wide variety of food, snack, and drinks. Outside food and beverage are not allowed. If you have special dietary requirements, please email us at info@eldoradowaterpark.com to confirm our accommodations.

Are their height requirements for rides?

Different rides have different height requirements. Please check with the Front Gate for a measurement. Height requirements are listed on the attraction section of our website.

What may I wear at the park?

El Dorado is a family waterpark. Appropriate, conservative swimwear only please. Swimwear is defined as an article of clothing, such as a swimsuit, that has been designed to be used in a pool environment. Swimwear should be lined and may not be transparent at any time. Revealing swimwear, thong or t-back swimwear bottoms will not be permitted. Cut-off jeans, denim clothing, hard metal objects, and shoes cannot be worn on the body contact slides. If a shirt must be worn on the slides, only tucked-in or form-fitting cotton, spandex, lycra, or rash guard shirts may be worn. No undergarments may be visible at any time. No profanity/vulgar images or language allowed. We do highly recommend wearing shoes/sandals/flip flops when traveling around the park to avoid burns from hot sidewalks.

Is smoking allowed at the park?

Guests may use designated smoking areas in the park. Smoking is not allowed in attractions or in lines.

Is there a refund policy?

El Dorado has a No Refund policy. Day Tickets and Season Passes are valid all season long and can be used on any regular operating day.

Do you have a group rate?

For groups of 20 or larger, we do offer special pricing and packages. We also offer park buy out options for corporate events. Please contact ventas@eldoradowaterpark.com

Do you have a lost and found?

The Lost and Found department is located at the Front Gate. If you have discovered you may be missing something after your visit, please contact the appropriate waterpark. Due to the high volume, lost item reports are only kept active for seven days. El Dorado is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen personal property. To better assist you, please have the following information before contacting us: A detailed description of the item (e.g. brand, color, unique features); Date and location of the missing item; for lost cell phones, please provide the serial number, make, model and carrier; Your contact information; and please tell us if you have completed a lost item report before leaving the waterpark.

Is there a parking fee?

Parking is free for all guests. We do offer VIP parking for an additional fee.

Where is the park located?

The park is located in Cap Cana. We are a short drive from most Punta Cana Resorts. Please see our contact us page for a map of our location.

What is your weather/rain policy?

We do not offer refunds for inclement weather. However, if the park closes for 30 minutes or longer due to weather, guests already in the park with a daily admission receipt for the day who leave due to weather can receive a complimentary ticket at the front gate to come back another day. Proof of daily admission purchase (receipt) must be presented at the front gate on the same day to be eligible for a complimentary ticket.

RULES

Guest will follow all oral and written warnings and instructions.

Guests will supervise children and always keep weak and non-swimmers in a US Coast Guard approved lifejacket.

Guests will follow required hygiene requirements.

Guests will be respectful of other including wearing family appropriate attire and family friendly activities, language, and gestures.

Guests will not bring outside food, beverages, or illegal drugs to the facility.

Guests will respect others privacy.

Guests must have a valid ticket for entrance and those tickets are not transferable.

Guest must have property attire and equipment to experience the park.

Guests will understand rides may close due to maintenance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Guests are entering private property and understand that the owner may adjust rules and hours as necessary for operational need.
